Home Safe. Great Bali Holiday has come to an end

I had planned to update the blog as I went. But things have changed a bit since I last traveled. Now there are hardly any internet cafes. Now there is free wifi everywhere. So next time I need to take my tablet / laptop with me to upload photos etc.

I found Bali to be the easiest of the Asian countries I've visited. The place and people are very chilled. It's a quiet and peaceful place with many beautiful things to see. I struggled with the humidity and spent a lot of time under a fan, Air Con or a pool as often as possible.

Most of my photos are on my Facebook. Check out my Bali album.

Below is a small snapshot of my trip

Mt Batur. 3am hike for sunrise.

I made it. But took the next day off to sleep.
Tom, Nick & I made it to the summit

Lake Batur. Swim at Hot springs after Hike.

Bedugul. Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, a Hindu-Buddist temple.

Sanur. Tour ended. R&R time.

So glad to have shared this experience with you and our lovely group. I will forever hear your voice in my head whenever I see something pretty 'Oh thats nice', and that you wanted to stay for a few days in each place we stopped, to take your time to take in the sights and sounds and savour every last moment ;-P Yer a wee Gem xx
